After the restoration process is complete, your items are securely bagged, labeled, invoiced. Our drivers then return them the next day, making sure you get everything back in order and ready to be installed.
About Braden Baxter
Brady has been part of Green Emblem Services for nearly 15 years, working side-by-side with his dad long before officially taking over the company in 2023. He learned the trade hands-on, spending years inside the shop refining the process, building relationships with collision centers, and gaining a deep understanding of what body shops truly need.
Brady is a driven, hardworking leader with a vision — to expand Green Emblem Services beyond one shop and into a franchise that supports collision centers across the country. He believes in showing up every day, doing the work with integrity, and honoring the standard that made the company trusted in the first place: quality, fast turnaround, and being there when shops need him.
Outside of the business, Brady is a dedicated family man — a husband and father who balances long workdays with the life he’s building at home. His approach to franchising reflects those same values: creating opportunity for other families, building relationships that feel like partnerships, and growing a business that continues to help others in a real, practical way.

Shawn's Story
Shawn W. Baxter, 1967-2023, was born with an entrepreneurial spirit. Shortly after finishing high school, he started his first business venture, a custom gold plating business. By the mid-2000s, the surge in gold prices created a difficult environment for gold plating businesses. The financial crisis of 2008 forced Shawn to consider new avenues for innovation and growth.
Shawn realized an environmental issue that had largely gone unnoticed. The emblems on vehicles were not biodegradable and that a staggering number of these vehicles —estimated between 12 and 15 million annually—were discarded in junkyards. Given that most vehicles have at least four emblems, the total number buried each year exceeded 60 million, contributing significantly to non-biodegradable waste. These figures do not include collisions where emblems need replacing.
In 2010, Shawn launched Green Emblems, a company dedicated to reducing waste by reclaiming car emblems. Green Emblems set a mission to combine ecological responsibility with practical business solutions. The company's vision focused on being a catalyst for change within the automotive industry by reducing landfill contributions.
Shawn's ability to pivot his career amidst financial hardship reflects resilience, adaptability, and a strong work ethic. These traits earned him respect from colleagues, customers alike.
